Analyze both Case Studies of the textbook (Noe, Hollenbeck, Gerhart, & Wright, 2011, pp. 253-255); “Performance Review Takes a Page from Facebook” and “When Good Reviews Go Bad”. Answer the three questions at the end of each case. ?
