Buddhist Concept in relation to Chinese philosophical concept (Daoist/Confucian)
Draw a connection between a Buddhist concept and some Chinese (philosophical) concept (either Daosit or Confucian). Here’s the list of Buddhist concepts:
*Impermanence
*Dependent Origination (which really gets us to encounter Impermanence, but from a richer, more encompassing, point of view)
*No-self (anatman or anatta) doctrine – 5 aggregates of self
*Dukkha (unsatifactoriness/suffering)
*Doctrine of emptiness or sunyata, as taught by Nagarjuna
*The 4 Noble Truths
*The Buddha’s “Way” (magga): the 8 fold path (this is really the 4th Noble Truth)
*Buddhist theory of Karma
*The wheel of rebirth/becoming = Samsara (related to the above concept of Karma)
*Ignorance (avidya)
Please choose whichever one you feel most comfortable with to attain maximum result of the paper. I have also attached an uploaded extra material that includes a list of Chinese philosophical concepts. Just in case you need references
