Changing high-risk health behaviors is difficult for most people. Often times, these behaviors are not perceived as harmful, as they provide us with some form of comfort. Identify three factors that you find most significant, and explain their impact on health in adulthood. Identify a health behavior that you can change (e.g., smoking, alcohol use, lack of physical activity, etc.), and present it in terms of the Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change. Compare and contrast each stage, and discuss the stage(s) you believe to be the most difficult to conquer, and why.
