Your team has two deliverables described below.

   1. Detailed narration and table of the functionality of the system.
   2. Table should list the functions in order of priority
2. System Models:
   1. Scope model: Context level DFD with substantial narration explaining the scope of the application and how it will meet the functionality described in section 3.
   2. Major Functions Model: DFD Level 0 – Major processes with complete narration
   3. Detailed Model: DFD Level 1 – Processes that are not at least candidates for “primitive”.
3. Logic models:
   1. Use a Decision Table or a detailed narration to describe the logic for each proposed level 0 processes.
4. Entity-Relation Diagram
   1. Key attribute
   2. Cardinality
   3. Attributes
5. Entity definition matrix
   1. Entity
   2. Business definition
   3. Each attribute
      1. Business definition
      2. Location (s) attribute used in application (form/process)
6. Errors/Bugs:
   1. List all errors/bugs that indicates what does not work as it should
   2. Describe any work-a-rounds for the errors
7. Enhancements
   1. List all enhancements (missing functionality that you think the application should have)
   2. Include a table of the enhancements, priorities and reasons for priority.

Document Specifications:

1. Paper 1.25″ margins, left and right, 1″ top and bottom
2. Paragraph text:  Single spaced
3. 6 pt spacing before paragraphs
4. Font: Arial, 10 point
5. Number the paragraphs headings same as outline
6. Table of contents with page numbers
7. Footer: (Same as this paper) Note font is 8 point in footer
8. Figures: Tables and graphs: Must be numbered and referenced in text
9. Naming convention for file: Team Name D1.doc where team name is Team x where x is the team identifier.

Delivery requirement: Post document on teams file exchange by midnight of due date.

Deliverable 2: Presentation:

1. Classroom/Collaborate PowerPoint presentation.
2. 24 Hours before scheduled presentation post a copy of your presentation on team’s file exchange.
3. Naming convention: Team Name D2.ppt where team name is Team x where x is the team identifier.
4. Each team member MUST present part of the presentation
